Artist at heart, Maria expresses her passions through her work at Greater Latrobe. It is her first year participating as a staff writer on the High Post staff, and she’s eager to learn more about the journalism process. She is passionate about art and plans to attend Penn State Main for their Arts and Architecture program. Her favorite art mediums are painting and drawing, and she is excited to influence a more artistic approach to the class. Her other interests include tennis, running, and hanging out with her friends. She is an athlete on the Latrobe tennis team and is striving to claim first in their section. She is excited to follow in her parents’ footsteps and continue their journalist legacy.
