Sydney Quinn, Editor-in-Chief
Hi, my name is Sydney Quinn, and I am a senior here at Greater Latrobe. I always stay involved here at the school. For example, I’m an outside hitter for the volleyball team and I do javelin, triple jump, and high jump in Track. When you don’t see me out on the court, I’ll be in the art room. I love to draw, paint, and photography. Along with sports, I am apart of National Art Honor Society, National Honor Society, Spanish National Honor Society, and Quill and Scroll Honor Society. I am the current Vice President of Student Council, a member of interact club, Fellowship of Christian Athletes, and Remembering Adam. I am also now apart of Letterman’s Club, Ushers Club, and Pep Club. Although I seem busy, I always got time for my girls. From trips to Pittsburgh or just a night playing cards, we are always having a good time. My family is also a big part of my life. People tell me all the time I look just like my mom (definitely a compliment). It makes me feel so close to her and the rest of my family. I have two sisters, I am a middle child, and we all know how that feels. I also have a dog named Palmer, Palm Palm for short, who I always love to come home to. I hope to go to either Penn State or IUP undecided. This is my second year on High Post, and I am ready to expand my interests in this class. I really enjoy doing the layouts for the newspaper, and seeing the finished products.
