On December 8, 2025, the 7Brew opened in Latrobe, Pennsylvania. 7 Brew has Over 500 locations across more than 30 states, with the exact number of stores growing rapidly. The company has seen significant expansion since 2022, increasing from 14 to 321 locations by the end of 2024. The real question is, what is 7Brew? 7Brew is a popular, rapidly growing coffee chain known for its double drive-thru model. They offer a wide variety of customizable drinks like coffees, teas, energy drinks, shakes, and lemonades.
They emphasize their goal of fast and friendly service with a fun, high-energy atmosphere. “The atmosphere of the stand is literally so much fun. There is music blaring, and there are speakers in the stand and outside of the stand. We have an iPad that controls the playlist and stuff, but it’s literally just so much fun. Everyone stays positive there, and if you make a mistake, since we are all still very new to the job, they don’t get mad. It’s just very easy-going, and it’s just a very fun atmosphere to be around. I enjoy going to work, and it doesn’t feel like it’s work, I feel like it’s a place that I have fun and I can dance and be myself without feeling judged.” Said, employee at 7Brew, Gabby Amatucci.
7Brew features their signature “7 originals” which consist of the Blondie made with vanilla & caramel breve, the Brunette made with hazelnut & caramel mocha, the Smooth 7 made with white chocolate & irish cream breve, the Cinnamon Roll with white chocolate & brown sugar cinnamon, the German Chocolate with coconut & caramel mocha, and lastly the Sweet & Salty made with salted caramel & white chocolate breve. Along with the seven originals, they have their classics as well. Besides the originals and the classics, every single drink is customizable to whatever flavor you would like, as well as being able to add cream or cold foam!
7Brew originated in Rogers, Arkansas, in 2017, founded by Ron Crune. His vision was to create a drive-thru coffee experience with speed, fun, and premium drinks. It quickly grew from its Arkansas roots, becoming a quickly expanding national brand known for its customizable menu and double lane drive-thru.
The new 7Brew brings in a lot of competition for other coffee places like Coffee and Cream, Dunkin, and especially Starbucks, as it is right across the highway from the 7Brew. The opening of 7Brew can lead to a variety of economic and social effects. Other coffee places will have a, hopefully, temporary decrease in sales as former customers come to 7Brew to see why everyone is raving about it. This could lead the other businesses to innovate by introducing new products, improving customer service, or even adjusting pricing to attract and retain more clientele.

Alongside the opening of 7brew, there is going to be a Chick-fil-A, Chipotle, and a 5 Below put into Latrobe as well. So, the presence of all of these new businesses opening will not only create an increase in overall traffic, benef
iting other businesses in Latrobe, it can also foster a sense of community with each establishment catering to different tastes, enriching the local social scene.
Gabby Amatucci is particularly excited about the opening. “I am definitely most excited for the friends I made during training the past two weeks because l’ve already made so many new friends and friendships that I’ll have forever, including people from all over the state and country that came to train us. Being able to meet people from different places who a
ren’t my age either is such a great experience.”
Overall, 7Brew underscores several key factors in their business: the unique creation of drinks, a commitment to quickly made products, and an unwavering focus on customer experience. By carving out a niche that resonated with the community’s desire for quality drinks and exceptional service with a welcoming atmosphere, 7Brew is thriving with the drive thru always packed and countless good reviews.
