Nick Malizia , Sports Writer

Nick Malizia is a dedicated member of The High Post and WCAT-TV. He has been a broadcasting student for the past four years and is a first year print student. He is one of the main sports reporters for both The High Post and WCAT-TV. He has good experience in the journalism field. He went to Waynesburg University over the summer to participate in a camp focused on Sports Journalism and Sports Broadcasting. Nick also won an award from West Virginia University for a video he created on how to overcome sports injuries. The video was entered into a contest and got first place in the broadcast news category. He looks to continue his career in journalism and broadcasting while at college and hopes that one day he’ll be on TV.
