Press Release: BES Firefighter Visit
A donation was presented to Chief Barry Banker by Jackie Elliot, Co-Chair of the treat sale committee and principal Kim Stewart. Kindergarten students include: Michael Molina, Joey Olenchack, Mason Elliot and Anders Cirota.
Baggaley Elementary School kindergarten students recently visited the Youngstown Fire Station
for fire prevention week. The students were greeted by firefighters from several local
companies. The firefighters spent the morning educating the children on the importance of fire
safety. They had the opportunity to participate in various activities such as crawl low and stop,
drop and roll as well as a chance to step inside the fire truck.
