Miss Bailey’s German II-AP students took the National German Exam on Thursday, January 13 and Friday, January 14. 113 junior high and senior high students participated in the National German Exam, which is mandatory for all high school students on the second, third, and fourth level of German across the country for study of measurement, placement, and diagnostic purposes. Students compete to win a 3-4 week trip to Germany by receiving outstanding results on this exam. Calynn Dowler who as a sophomore at GLSD in 2004 won the trip to Germany.
