Roxann Mullen Donahue is a respected business leader and a proud graduate of the Class of 1976. As the owner of Mullen Refrigeration Service, Inc., she has built a reputation for integrity, dedication, and a deep commitment to the people she serves. Her leadership reflects the values she learned growing up in a close‑knit family that emphasized hard work, loyalty, and service to others. She is an active member of Saint Cecilia Roman Catholic Church and supports numerous local organizations.
Roxann’s family has been rooted in the Latrobe area for generations, and she often credits her family for instilling the work ethic that shaped her career. Roxann’s grandfather, Paul Mullen, and his brother, Karl, began Mullen Brothers Hardware in the early 50’s. Roxann’s father, Robert (Bob) Mullen, opened his business, Mullen Refrigeration & Appliance Service, in 1959. Roxann joined the company in 1978 and purchased Mullen Refrigeration Service in 1997 after her father’s health issues led to an early retirement. Roxann takes great pride in being a part of the Latrobe Community, a very special place with special people. She feels blessed as a businesswoman and a Christian to be able to give back to others. Her own family has been a central source of strength throughout her life. Roxann and her husband, Regis “Butch” Donahue, have five children and thirteen grandchildren, with one more expected in April 2026. Together, they have built a life grounded in mutual support, shared values, and a deep commitment to their community. As a mother, she takes tremendous pride in her children’s accomplishments and the families they have built:

Carrier’s leadership praised her perseverance, her high standards, and her ability to build a company culture rooted in respect and loyalty. The award not only celebrated her professional achievements but also the personal values she brings to every aspect of her work.
