Abby Webb, Staff Writer
Abigail Webb, also known as Abby, is a junior at Greater Latrobe Senior High School for the 2025-2026 school year. She took Foundations of Broadcast in her freshman year, and Sports Broadcast and Video Production her sophomore year, and is continuing that class this year. Abby is a new member of the Multimedia Journalism Staff. She is also a part of Quills and Scrolls and attended Robert Morris University for an award ceremony for broadcasting. Abby hasn’t lived at Latrobe her whole life; she has lived in San Antonio, Ipswich, and Abu Dhabi. She moved to Latrobe when she was around three years old. Abby is a part of Key Club as well as Interact Club. She likes to be a part of these activities in school because it makes her feel like she has a type of leadership role in her school. To continue her help around the school, Abby is also planning on joining the Recycling Club, which collects recycled goods weekly. Abby enjoys being focused on her academics and continuing her role as a high honors student. Abby also plans to continue her passion for journalism and study at the University of Pittsburgh, but also plans to move out of the states and back to England. She is truly excited to work with this staff and is ready to make new friendships.
