Chloe Hill, Editor
Chloe Hill is a Senior at Greater Latrobe High School. This is her second year as a staff member for The High Post. As an editor, she is looking forward to helping others. In school, she is a member of the National Honor Society, National Science Honor Society, National Art Honor Society, Mu Alpha Theta, Vice President of the Environmental Club, and is part of the Key and Interact Club. In her free time, Chloe loves going to concerts. She dreams of traveling the world to visit cool, new concert venues and attend music festivals. Speaking of travel, she loves to explore new places. Whether it’s a family vacation, a road trip to a concert, or a spontaneous adventure with friends, she’s always up for the adventure. Chloe is excited to be part of the Latrobe High Post staff this year writing articles and strengthening her leadership skills. Last year at Robert Morris University she won a DMAC award for Best Editorial/Opinion for an article she wrote on Billy Strings.
Maggie Elder, Editor
Maggie Elder is ecstatic to be an editor on the High Post Staff this year. This is her second year on staff, last year she enjoyed taking pictures, writing stories, and doing layout design for the print publication. Maggie is a member of the Girl’s Swim and Dive Team, Environmental Club, National Honor Society, National French Honor Society, Key Club, Interact Club, and French Club. In her free time you can find her spending time with her labrador retriever Charlie, thrifting, or reading. After high school she plans on attending nursing school. Her favorite shows are Parks and Recreation, Gilmore Girls, and The Office. She loves to see what is going on in her community through the High Post. Through High Post she has gone to the Banana Split Festival, multiple different sporting events, and Robert Morris University. Maggie is looking forward to helping new High Post members and continuing to help share people’s stories.
