Press Release: Paint the Plow Contest

Art students from Greater Latrobe Senior High School recently painted a snow plow
blade as part of the Pennsylvania Department of Transportation (PennDOT) Paint the
Plow outreach program. This year’s theme is “Know Before You Go” and entries will be
judged by a panel of judges in each county and a “fan favorite” will be determined
through a Facebook campaign that is open to the general public. The snow plow blades
will be used within the school’s community to promote safety and public awareness as
well as the school’s art program.
