Every Monday night, teen girls are anxious to tune into watch Pretty Little Liars, an American drama/mystery based on the novels written by Sara Shepard. Set in Rosewood, in the state of Pennsylvania, four young girls focus on unraveling a deep dark mystery that continues to haunt them one year following the death of their best friend, Allison.

                Following the suspenseful television show, Aria, Emily, Hanna, and Spencer begin to receive shocking and threatening text messages from anonymous “A,” who knows all of their secrets and events in their hidden past that weren’t meant to be revealed. Personal happenings that were shared between the teenagers that only Ally was supposed to know are exposed as the show continues, and also not only putting them in danger, but also their loved ones too.

                Texts are sent to Ali’s best friends’ phones; Spencer, Aria, Emily, and Hanna get more scared and no longer feel safe no matter where they are. As “A” continues to hide behind technology and not show his/her identity, the cyber bullying builds up leaving the teens clueless as to whom their enemy can be. The enemy seems to be watching the pretty little liars’ every move and what their plans are to escape this horrible nightmare. While each of the girls are different and unique in their own way, they all have a strong bond that brings them together which seems to be their former queen bee of the clique, Allison, who is a possibility of haunting them with all of their secrets.

                Allison’s disappearance and murder brought them together as one, but “A” is trying to tear their friendship apart. What happened the night of her death is a mystery that the four teens are trying to figure out by piecing the clues together and hoping to get an answer. However, in Rosewood, Pennsylvania, the biggest secrets are bound to be kept forever.
