Emerson Skatell
&
Carley Berk

Sophomores Emerson Skatell and Carley Berk have led the Girls Cross Country team throughout the season.  Emerson was the top runner for the team in every race including being the race winner for four of our five double-dual meets and winning the Youthtowne Clash invitational, topping the runners from more than 10 teams.  She also won individual awards at the Red, White & Blue Classic and at the Carlisle Invitational.  Carley was our second runner during the season.  She and Emerson earned awards at the Kiski Invitational, the WCCA County Championship and at the Clash.  Both girls earned a trip to the PIAA State Championship meet with top performances at the WPIAL Championships.
