The Wildcat baseball team improved to 6-3 in section play and 6-7 overall on Monday May 2 with a 10-3 victory over host Laurel Highlands. At the plate the Cats were led by Jason Stewart who went 3-for-4 with a run scored and Max Sciullo who had two hits, including a double. Derrick Zavatsky also doubled for the Wildcats, while Josh Shoemaker, Jordan Giannini, Jimmy Palombo, and Tyler Walker all scored two runs. Luke Zamiskie picked up the win, going six innings and giving up two runs on seven hits with five strikeouts and seven walks.
